I am so excited to be sharing this special evening with you!
S O M E T H I N G S T O R E M E M B E R F O R T H E E V E N I N G
~ As the sun sets the evening may become a little chilly. Please make sure to rug up, socks, blankets, scarves, gloves, beanies, whatever you need to make your experience more enjoyable. A snuggly blanket and a pillow are also essentials!
~ These two hours are for you, so I want to make you comfortable as possible. If you have any injuries or limitations please let me know once you arrive so I can provide adjustments to the poses.
~ Parking can be a little busy at the point on a Sunday evening so remember to give yourself time to find a space. I have put a map below of where you can find us but if you head to the jetty side of the point we are down the south end (the quiet end!)
~ As this event is taking place outdoors we recommend applying insect repellent prior to arriving and bringing a picnic blanket to lay beneath your mat.
