Yoga isn’t just a series of physical poses, it’s a lifestyle practice that gives you the tools to consciously cultivate a life you love to live.

We spend the majority of our life removed from the natural environment, hidden away inside our cars, our workspace, our home.


To combat this I try to hold classes outdoors and in nature based environments as well as working with the seasons of the sun & the moon when planning events.


Nature has many proven mood elevating properties and most of all I want you to feel good while you are practicing yoga!

From our women's gatherings to private classes, sound baths, beginner meditation courses and retreats, all of my offerings are created to help bring your body and mind into balance and harmony.​
