Continue to count for around 5 to 10 minutes, or until you reach 108 breaths.

Once you have found stillness open your eyes and as you sit beneath her glow allow yourself to evaluate your daily routine, where do you wish to elevate and streamline it?  What area do you wish to work on?  Do you need to refresh your diet and physical health? Do you want to cleanse and reorganise your home?

Write down that what is most important to you, together with a plan on how to make it a reality!
