Moonlight Soul Journey: Ceremonial Cacao, Breathwork & Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation - March

Join me by the water for an evening of absolute serenity & bliss. Breathing in the fresh air all whilst soaking in the beautiful calm and relaxing sounds of the ocean and singing bowls.

We will meet in circle to share the magic heart opening spirit of ceremonial cacao before connecting beneath the Full Moons light to enjoy a nourishing sound bath.

It is a great way to come together in a happy and positive environment, meet new people and have the opportunity to find a moment of peace where the benefits will ripple into all aspects of your life.

Wear comfortable clothing you can fully relax in and bring lots of layers as it can get chilly by the water!  Pillows, blankets, slippers, socks, Oodies!  Anything you need to feel beautiful and be 100% comfortable and snuggly.

WHAT TO BRING

~Picnic blanket to make yourself as comfy as possible 

~ Bug spray! it can get a little crowded by the water at sunset so protect yourself from any little intruders. 

~ Yoga mat if you want more padding

~ Water bottle (keeping hydrated improves the transition of the sound)

~ A friend! If you know of someone who may benefit from this session as well, please invite them along too!

~ Lots of pillows, blankets, slippers to keep you warm and snuggly :)

~ Your journal + pencil and if you have a special cup to use for the cacao please bring that with you as well xo
