If this is your first Reiki session with us please book in here so we can complete the required paperwork and allow enough time to attend to your needs completely. The ultimate relaxation healing treatment. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki helps promote the life force energy that flows within us. In this one hour session you will receive a full body treatment with options for hands on or hands off at our Yoga & Wellness Sanctuary in Thorneside as well as herbal tea & time to discuss your needs.
