Join me as we explore the concepts of yoga and meditation through a gentle, nourishing practice.  With an emphasis on breath and movement this course is perfect for those of you just starting out, or for anyone wanting to explore the concepts of yoga a bit deeper.


Held fortnightly on a Wednesday evenings at our Yoga & Wellness Sanctuary in Thorneside each class is like a mini restorative retreat and includes a fun and restorative yoga movement practice.  You will also learn different breathing and meditation techniques and the option to stay after for tea and discussion!

Suitable for all ages and abilities and chairs are provided if you are unable to sit on the floor. Bookings are essential as this class is limited to only 4 participants to ensure individual attention.

Week 2: Taking Your Practice Off the Mat

Week 3: Yoga for Anxiety & Stress Relief

Week 4: Developing Your Home Practice

Also included is a practical workbook designed so you can continue your practice at home!
