Join me as we explore yoga & meditation through a gentle, nourishing practice crafted to relax and restore you 💕
With an emphasis on breath and nourishing movement this course is perfect for those of you just starting out, or for anyone wanting to explore the concepts of yoga a bit deeper.
Held fortnightly on a Wednesday evenings at our Yoga & Wellness Sanctuary in Thorneside each class is like a mini restorative retreat and includes a fun and restorative yoga movement practice. Â You will also learn different breathing and meditation techniques and the option to stay after for tea and discussion!
Suitable for all ages and abilities and chairs are provided if you are unable to sit on the floor. Â Bookings are essential as this class is limited to only 4 participants to ensure individual attention.
Week 1: Introduction to the 8 Limbs of Yoga - 10th May 5:30 to 7:00pm
Week 2: Taking Your Practice Off the Mat - 24th May 5:30 to 7:00pm
Week 3: Yoga for Anxiety & Stress Relief - 7th June 5:30 to 7:00pm
Week 4: Developing Your Home Practice - 21st June 5:30 to 7:00pm

Also included is a practical workbook designed so you can continue your practice at home.
