I’ve always been drawn to the things that help us feel more connected: meaningful conversations, time in nature, creativity, and spaces where we can soften into ourselves.I believe women have so much to offer the world, and that with the right support, they can bring their gifts into every part of their lives.
I don’t believe in work-life balance as separate pieces to juggle. I believe in integration: showing up as a whole, embodied woman in your business, with the people you love, and in the time you give yourself.
