Retreats - I have taught at retreats in Queensland offering yoga, meditation and sound baths. If you are planning a retreat and would like to create a sublime experience for your guests, I would love to work with you!Workshops - I offer workshops on meditation and enjoy collaborating with others to bring my skillset to group workshops. MY STORY
My journey with yoga began in 2005 when I was pregnant with my first child. The impact it made on my pregnancy and birth physically was incredible, but it was the mental aspect of the practice that made me fall in love with it.Over the intervening years my practice has changed in alignment with my life. I have practised many styles, studied many lineages and learnt many lessons along the way.My focus is on guiding students to explore all yoga has to offer, not just the physical aspects.I am passionate about supporting women as they reconnect with the cycles of nature and their innate wisdom so they can heal themselves, body, mind and soul.I am a certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist, Massage Therapist, and Registered 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher with an additional 50hr qualification in Yin Yoga. I am also a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Coach and Reiki Practitioner.I look forward to supporting you on your journey to creating a life you love!

LUNAR FLOW - A slow, gentle yoga class that moves our bodies in flow with our breath, tapping into our lunar, our yin energy.
Breath ~ Movement ~ MeditationYIN - A quiet, meditative form of yoga where we settle into a pose for a longer period of time, allowing our body to slowly open and the long held static stretch to get deep into our ligaments, joints and connective tissue.RESTORATIVE - Nourishing and relaxing, we use full props to support our body in the poses so we can fully allow our nervous system to rest nurturing our bodies and mind.SOUND BATHS - Offering deep peace and mental clarity. Each bowl is played to bring your mind into a state of complete rest, your brainwaves slowly transitioning down into theta state.YOGA NIDRA - A deeply nourishing meditation practice designed to bring the consciousness down to a state between waking and sleeping. Deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.ENERGY HEALING - I combine Reiki and Marma Point Therapy together with sound healing and essential oils for a deeply restorative, blissful meditative experience.
